Job summary
WEG Electric Corp. is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Industrial Motors to lead the MV motor portfolio and guide product strategy for the US market.
The role oversees product development, marketing, engineering, and production teams and drives growth through lifecycle management and new product introductions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial motors, strong cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to tailor solutions for OEMs and end users.
Qualifications
- Technical knowledge of NEMA AC industrial electric motor products.
- Strong communication skills with customers and sales reps.
- Experience in product marketing and new product introduction (NPI).
- Ability to develop sales tools and training materials.
- Experience in pricing and part number management and product roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Directly manages members of the LV Industrial Motors product management team.
- Plan work, set priorities, coach, and support hiring decisions.
- Drive growth by guiding the MV Industrial motors portfolio through the product lifecycle and launches.
- Develop OEM solutions leveraging industry and application knowledge.
- Collect and deliver US market product requirements to development teams.
