Recidiviz is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our mission-driven nonprofit. You will lead large, complex product spaces, collaborate with engineers, designers, and justice-system leaders, and shape our roadmap with scrappy execution and strategic insight.

The role blends remote work with the option to visit NYC/Oakland offices, and it entails 10–25% domestic travel across the US. You will own strategy for flagship tools, translate real-world needs into product decisions, and define

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in product management building user-facing software
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders
• Comfort with travel and working in a nonprofit mission-driven environment
