Job summary

Google is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to guide products from conception to launch within the Consumer Shopping group. You will collaborate across engineering, UX, design, and marketing to shape immersive AI-driven experiences and drive billions of interactions daily.

You will define strategy, own the lifecycle, and partner with Search teams to transform traditional search paradigms into conversational AI experiences across AI Overviews and AI Mode.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• 2 years of experience working with consumer facing products.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish high-velocity sprint cycles to continuously eliminate product losses and achieve win:loss goal.
• Map out fluid, multimodal research journeys across AI Overviews (AIO) and AI Mode (AIM), establishing standardized components to ensure a unified, cohesive consumer experience.
• Build robust loss taxonomy understanding and lead deep-dive query analysis to design high-impact experiments, using data-led evidence as the primary tool to move goal metrics.
• Validate the market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, revenue).
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to global launch, authoring shared plans with Search teams to and build consensus.
