This quick conversation with a Talent Acquisition Partner is our opportunity to learn more about your experiences and career goals. You’ll learn more about the company, team, and position you’ve applied for.

1. Meet your potential new manager. You’ll chat about your past experiences, career goals, and have an opportunity to ask questions about the company or job requirements.
2. Technical Pairing Exercise: Here you’ll meet with two members of our engineering team for a technical pairing exercise, thinking through problems and generating solutions, together.
3. If you’re being considered for a Staff or Principal level Engineering position, you have this opportunity to walk our team through the architecture of a project you’ve previously worked on.
4. This is your chance to meet Senior Leaders at Wrapbook. You’ll chat about past experiences, career goals, and have a final opportunity to ask any questions before potentially being presented with an offer to join our team!
