Job summary

ZoomInfo is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Identity to own the identity resolution engine that links visitors to companies and contacts, enabling products like WebSights and FormComplete.

You will work across platform engineering, data science, and customer value creation to improve visit-to-person matching, IP-to-company accuracy, and data enrichment while ensuring privacy-by-design in the GTM Intelligence Platform.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience in data-intensive B2B SaaS environments, focusing on data products or platform capabilities.
• Deep understanding of identity resolution, entity matching, IP-to-company mapping, visitor identification, and privacy landscape.
• Technical fluency with SQL, Snowflake, and BI tools to analyze data and drive decisions.
• Proven track record resolving data quality issues at scale with coverage, accuracy and freshness trade-offs.
• Cross-functional leadership to influence engineering, data science, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for identity resolution with vision and success metrics.
• Deliver measurable improvements to identity resolution performance through prioritization and experimentation.
• Diagnose and resolve data quality issues impacting match rates and user trust.
• Build monitoring and dashboards to track identity resolution health and latency.
• Define evaluation frameworks for new data sources and their impact on performance.
• Collaborate with Platform, Data, and GTM teams to integrate identity data into products.
