Job summary

Cloudera in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Manager, Product Management to own the Hybrid Cloud initiative, guiding CDP Base deployment across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will lead strategy, roadmap, and release cycles, directing a team of PMs and collaborating with Engineering, PMO, Product Marketing, and Field teams to deliver a market-leading data platform.

You bring 7+ years in product management, 2+ in PM leadership, deep VM-based cloud experience, and a track record launching complex infrastructure

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management with at least 2 years leading PMs in cloud/infra/enterprise data platforms.
• Deep understanding of VM-based public cloud deployments (IaaS/PaaS) across AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Hands-on with cloud object storage, hybrid networking, identity management, and cloud security frameworks.
• Proven track record launching complex infrastructure/software products in coordination with Engineering/PMO.
• Strong knowledge of open datalakes, data movement, governance, and big data architecture.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
• Experience with cloud partner ecosystems and co-development programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hybrid Cloud strategy and execution for deploying CDP Base across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Manage strategic product relationships with cloud partners and drive co-innovation.
• Own requirements for hybrid connectivity, security, and native cloud integrations.
• Drive Open Datalakehouse and data mobility capabilities across environments.
• Direct and develop a high-performing PM team with clear roadmaps and PRDs.
• Coordinate launches with Product Marketing, Field Engineering, and Sales Enablement.
• Represent the product to CIOs/CTOs and Cloud Architects to align roadmaps with large-enterprise cloud strategies.
