Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date.
• Alternatively, Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
• Must not require new employment-authorization sponsorship from Capital One.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine the status quo and identify value-creation opportunities in Product Management
• Work closely with technology, operations, and business partners to deliver the account-opening experience
• Use data and cutting-edge technology to determine and build fraud detection and mitigation capabilities
• Provide a first-in-class application experience
• Understand Small Business Bank customers and improve products, services, and experiences
• Demonstrate human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational-leadership product capabilities
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment
