Qualifications

• 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience; or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, military experience, or education.
• 2+ years working in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments with cross-functional partners and clear priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to lead, influence, and negotiate with partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own HR Product Strategy for employee and organizational data, shared Oracle HCM experiences, and security requirements.
• Drive discovery by collecting feedback and data to gain insights and prioritize platform improvements.
• Shape roadmap and delivery by translating priorities into a clear, value-driven plan with delivery teams.
• Measure platform performance and data quality; make data-driven decisions and evolve the platform for enterprise needs.
• Influence across Finance, IT, and analytics to align on shared platform impacts and tradeoffs.
• Mentor other product managers and foster a high-performing product culture.
