Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a strategic Home Equity Product Manager to own the product roadmap and lifecycle for HELOC and related lending solutions. You will partner with Digital, Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, Servicing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Technology to modernize the Home Equity experience and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product/portfolio management or strategy.
• 5+ years in product management/strategy within consumer lending or a regulated financial services environment
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and cross-functional implementation plans
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple partners and channels
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Identify and plan product development and deployment, including sales training and marketing materials.
• Oversee a portfolio of products with financials, P&L, and revenue responsibility.
• Provide market, competitor, and client insights to inform product decisions.
• Drive integration of product strategy across Digital, Sales, Marketing, Fulfillment, Servicing, Finance, Risk and Compliance.
• Monitor client experience, satisfaction drivers, and escalation trends to improve journeys.
• Own Home Equity product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business priorities and risk appetite.
