MAS HVAC creates custom-engineered thermal management solutions for customers operating in demanding and mission-critical environments. As data center requirements continue to evolve, MAS HVAC is expanding its heat rejection portfolio across critical infrastructure applications. This role will help define and grow that business. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Heat Rejection Solutions to own product strategy and execution for heat rejection solutions supporting data centers and other mission-critical environments, with emphasis on chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, fluid coolers, and related heat rejection systems. This role reports directly to the Director of Product Management and is intended for a senior Product Manager who can lead the PM function across a complex portfolio of highly engineered heat rejection systems. A background in a hardware or manufacturing environment and experience in mission-critical environments preferred.
The Senior Product Manager – Heat Rejection Solutions is responsible for defining and executing product strategy across MAS HVAC’s heat rejection portfolio. This role will lead roadmap development, guide new product development, and ensure alignment between data center customer needs, engineering execution, and business objectives. The Senior PM will act as the primary owner of heat rejection products, including chillers, dry coolers, adiabatic coolers, fluid coolers, and related heat rejection systems, partnering closely with engineering, sales, operations, and leadership to drive portfolio growth and lifecycle performance.
