Job summary

The role oversees end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements, prototyping, and KPI tracking, to deliver business value and improved user experiences across care platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in product management, project management, IT consulting, or related fields.
• Experience leading product discovery and developing short/long-term roadmaps.
• Proven ability to manage agile teams and drive product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision, and roadmaps from ideation to launch.
• Lead internal and external discovery to identify market opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, market stakeholders, and UX to validate concepts.
• Develop business cases for new products and improvements.
• Track KPIs, dashboards, and outcomes to inform roadmaps.
