Job summary

Inovalon is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Datastream product line and API-based healthcare data products. You will translate complex business needs into strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans across eligibility screener, patient history, and medical record location products.

You will work with product owners, engineering, legal, marketing, sales, and customers to strengthen product-market fit, support commercialization, and bring new use cases to market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software product management for platform, integration or data products.
• 5+ years in healthcare IT and data-driven products.
• 3+ years of Agile development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases and product strategies for Datastream and related platform capabilities.
• Build and maintain roadmaps across eligibility screener, patient history, and medical record location.
• Translate requirements into epics, backlogs, and prototypes with cross-functional teams.
• Lead roadmap prioritization and cross-functional release planning.
• Gather customer and market feedback to improve product-market fit and identify new use cases.
• Shape messaging, pricing, and materials with Marketing and Sales.
• Manage dependencies and communicate progress to executives with revenue impact.
• Represent the voice of the customer in planning and external interactions.
