Job summary

Inovalon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own AI/ML-powered platform and partner integrations. You will translate business problems into AI use cases, manage the lifecycle, and drive roadmap with cross-functional teams.

You will work with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to define go-to-market, pricing, success metrics and ensure responsible AI, HIPAA compliance, and measurable business ROI across core markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• 5+ years of software product management experience with platform or integration products.
• Healthcare IT experience focusing on partner integrations.
• Minimum 3 years of Agile development experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for AI/ML-powered features.
• Own the AI product lifecycle from problem framing to go-to-market.
• Define success metrics and monitor post-launch KPI performance.
• Champion responsible AI, privacy, explainability and HIPAA compliance.
• Develop business cases to justify investments and partnerships.
• Be the voice of the market/customer with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver a unified product plan.
• Define go-to-market, positioning and pricing strategies.
• Translate strategy into requirements and prototypes for engineers and customers.
• Act as product evangelist with Marketing, Sales and GTM teams.
