Responsibilities

• Build the financial case for hiring before the business team drowns.
• Manage end-to-end operations for the Milwaukee, WI region.
• Build consensus across Miro and Product Roadmapping owners who rarely agree.
• Pull the WI field team's reality into the planning room.
• Chase down why margin slipped and come back with a fix, not a theory.
• Pull apart a stalled deal and rebuild the path to yes.
