Job summary

10x Genomics is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our customer-facing web experience, spanning discovery, lead capture, quoting, and re-ordering. You will shape how data is captured, structured, and handed off to downstream systems including marketing automation, CRM, and CDPs.

Work with engineering and commercial leaders to ship intuitive, self-service web experiences that move pipeline while aligning with broader marketing and sales stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of product management experience.
• 3 years shipping customer-facing web products, including lead capture and integration with marketing automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for the customer-facing web platform across discovery, lead capture, quoting, and re-ordering.
• Define data capture, identity, consent, and lead scoring for marketing automation, CRM, and CDP integrations.
• Lead design and delivery of new web experiences with UX emphasis, collaborating with design and engineering.
• Build the connections between web and downstream systems for lead routing and data flow.
• Turn data into product judgments using qualitative research, web analytics, and metrics to improve conversions.
• Align engineering and commercial leaders, translating objectives into clear requirements and managing stakeholder change.
