Job description

The Team

At Adobe, we’re changing the world. We give people the tools to bring their ideas to life and build content that makes life more fun and work more meaningful. We give businesses and organizations the power to truly engage their customers. We’re a company that understands that product innovation comes from people innovation, which is why we invest in growing leaders on our team. If you’re passionate about leading from where you sit, join us!

The Opportunity

Adobe Stock is building the world’s most complete marketplace for the ingredients our creative customers need to develop. We want a customer-focused, analytical, and creative person. This individual will work with engineering, design, marketing, and finance teams to lead product‑led growth on the Stock Product Team.

This role will own the roadmap for product‑led growth. It will drive experimentation and incremental improvements at each stage of the customer funnel, from acquisition to activation, conversion, and retention. The goal is to ensure we hit our financial targets.

What you’ll do
  • Define and drive the end‑to‑end product‑led growth strategy, identifying and prioritizing opportunities across every step of the funnel.
  • Own the A/B testing and experimentation roadmap — crafting tests, defining success metrics, and turning results into shipped product improvements.
  • Partner with engineering and development to build and iterate on growth features quickly, balancing speed of learning with quality of execution.
  • Partner with marketing to align on acquisition strategy, messaging, and channel performance, ensuring product and marketing initiatives reinforce each other.
  • Collaborate with finance to model the business impact of growth initiatives, set measurable targets, and track performance against financial goals.
  • Leverage data to prioritize product features, inform roadmap decisions, and quantify impact.
  • Be deeply empathetic to our customers. Dive into data to identify and represent their needs and problems. Then define and prioritize your roadmap, set measurable goals, and build, learn, and iterate.
What is needed for success
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on growth, ideally at a large marketplace, e-commerce, or subscription business.
  • Strong track record of running A/B tests and experimentation programs, with hands‑on knowledge of experiment development, statistical significance, and common pitfalls.
  • Consistent experience demonstrating effective cross‑functional collaboration, shipping numerous high‑value features for consumer web or mobile apps.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, used to help drive consensus and forward motion.
  • Natural tendencies include planning long term and delivering short term, data obsession, critical thinking, and systems thinking.
