Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, with at least 2 years working with compliance or risk management teams.
• Proven track record of gathering requirements and managing product backlogs.
• Demonstrated success in streamlining business processes with technology solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of federal security compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and synthesize requirements from stakeholders to inform product strategy.
• Translate regulatory requirements into precise product/process requirements.
• Develop and execute product roadmaps for GRC automation tools.
• Own and prioritize the team's backlog for strategic objectives.
• Collaborate to integrate security and privacy controls in Agile and DevOps workflows.
