Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Google Workspace to lead product strategy and roadmaps across cloud services. You will partner with Engineering, Design and Marketing to translate ideas into scalable solutions that impact millions of users.

You will work cross-functionally to define priorities, guide product development from ideation to launch, and deliver data-driven decisions. This role offers global impact and requires strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience driving product direction with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product direction and strategy for product areas within Google Workspace.
  • Design and lead the product roadmap by managing goals and investments to scale globally.
  • Engage with customers to understand strategies, end-to-end processes, pain points, and priorities to inform product strategy.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other internal Google teams to drive product and delivery success.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business-related field.
  • 3 years of people management experience with direct reports.
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction, launching successful app products in the market, and developing products with an understanding of current cloud technologies and services.
  • Experience with complex product/outbound customer work; knowledge of market, landscape, and customer/user requirements in-depth.
  • Ability to collaborate, solve ambiguous problems, and think innovatively.
  • Excellent communication, technical, and organizational skills.
