As the Senior Product Manager for GDA Inventory Quality, you will be the lead for a highly visible and critical strategic pillar for the Google Display Ads business. You will shape and develop our overall business strategy for Inventory Quality, balancing high performance and scale with brand-safe, “quality” inventory that advertisers would want to serve into.

Salary information

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and other factors including job-related skills, experience, and training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that compensation details listed reflect base salary and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Own the overall goal, strategy and execution for GDA Inventory, including defining “high-quality” inventory, determining which inventory to cut vs. double down on, and improving advertiser and internal perception of the inventory GDA serves into.
  • Be surgical about low-quality inventory we are willing to cut for long-term gain, while defining clear success metrics for the business.
  • Partner with AdSpam, PMax, Sellside, Engineering, UX and GTM to ideate and solve for customer issues, with a strong bias for action and pivoting where necessary to land initiatives quickly and effectively.
  • Understand the needs and problems of the GDA advertiser in the inventory/placement area, and advocate/execute on solutions that correctly address customer problems in this area.
  • Lead recurring executive leadership reviews on project status, critical asks and roadmap.
