Job summary

Amazon in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical for WWOS Tech to lead the roadmap for security and loss prevention tech, partnering with engineering, data science, and UX to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions.

The role requires a strong background in product management, a track record of delivering technical products, and the ability to influence executives. You will help minimize operational disruption and shrink losses across Amazon's global operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy.
Proven track record delivering features for technical products.
Ability to advocate for customers during executive-level planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product roadmap for the Security & Loss Prevention technology products.
Define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements to cross-functional teams.
Analyze emerging industry trends in Security & Loss prevention to inform long-term strategy.
Work with engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality software that meets customer needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with Data scientists, UX teams, data engineering, and solution architects to create intuitive interfaces for complex workflows.
Analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve product performance and user experience.
Monitor project execution and push for quality to maintain overall integrity of the project.
Work with various teams to ensure scalability and maintainability of the products.
