Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the CDP domain within the Customer Experience Platform (CXP) Martech team. You will lead intake, prioritize requirements across Peacock, SkyShowtime, and NOW, and partner with Engineering and Data Science to shape a global, scalable data platform.

The role emphasizes backlog management, platform instrumentation, and cross-functional delivery in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years product management in CDP, data platform, or martech.
• Experience with enterprise CDPs (e.g., mParticle, Segment, Tealium).
• Knowledge of platform event schemas, identity resolution, and data feeds.
• Partner with engineering and data teams on instrumentation and pipeline delivery.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM; streaming or B2C product background preferred.
• BS/BA required; technical or data-adjacent background a plus.

Responsibilities

• intake, synthesize, and prioritize CDP requirements from multiple stakeholders across products.
• Translate needs into platform requirements with a global, scalable approach across all products.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog balancing urgency, platform impact, and engineering capacity.
• Coordinate delivery milestones, testing, and QA sign-off between marketing and technical teams.
