We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of TeamViewer Frontline, a leading Augmented Operations platform. If you are passionate about emerging technologies like AR and AI and eager to develop them into critical solutions for industrial workforces, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand users, customers, markets, and competitors, especially in AI-driven enterprise operations.
• Define and communicate product strategy, own the product roadmap, and generate ideas for new features based on discovery work.
• Specify, manage delivery and launches, and monitor product success to inform improvements.
• Serve as the main contact for your product, communicating strategy and influencing stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, Sales, and more.
• Translate AI industry trends into practical guidance: lead integration of multimodal LLMs, real-time computer vision, and multilingual speech/translation for on-device, context-aware recommendations.
• Automate knowledge capture and workflows: utilize generative AI for session recording, AR overlays, and updating self-help libraries to enhance onboarding and first-time fix rates.

Qualifications:

- University degree in a technology or business field

- At least 8 years in B2B Software Product Management or consulting with a focus on Logistics

- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders

- Confident representation skills internally and externally

- Hands-on mentality with multitasking ability

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Travel: Up to 15% domestic and international travel required
