Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years in product management, marketing, or leadership in life sciences or molecular diagnostics
- Experience with DNA extraction, purification, quantitation, qPCR, or forensic genomics workflows preferred
- Proven success managing product portfolios and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience in a global matrix organization and with external partners
- Strong customer engagement and strategic planning experience
Responsibilities
- Define and execute long-term strategy and roadmap for HID sample prep and forensic products
- Drive portfolio growth via market analysis and customer insights
- Lead lifecycle management: planning, positioning, pricing, forecasting, end-of-life decisions
- Partner with R&D, operations, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams
- Own portfolio performance metrics and drive global launches and commercialization
