Overview
Our client is a private equity–backed company that provides online printing services and marketing materials for small and medium-sized businesses. They are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can guide the strategy, development, and improvement of their customer-facing websites and digital tools. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments—ranging from marketing and design to technology and operations—to deliver high-quality online experiences that support growth in revenue and customer satisfaction. This is a remote role, and candidates may be located anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing development and optimization of our eCommerce platforms across multiple brands.
- Use data and research to shape product roadmaps, define priorities, and track success.
- Build detailed business cases and requirements for new site features, tools, and integrations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and clear communication of progress.
- Drive experimentation and testing (A/B, conversion funnels, etc.) to improve customer experience.
- Advocate for agile development practices and continuous process improvements.
- Work closely with developers to launch enhancements and integrate third-party solutions.
- Oversee relationships with vendors and partners to maximize value and performance.
- Share insights and recommendations with leadership, providing regular updates on product performance.
- Travel occasionally to company locations for workshops, rollouts, and customer feedback sessions.
- Lead efforts to enhance mobile usability and integrate AI-driven tools for personalization, automation, and improved shopping journeys.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in eCommerce or digital-to-print services.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, product management, or related fields.
- Strong background in UX, site optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with agile product development and working across distributed teams.
- Skilled in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Optimizely, Mixpanel) to inform product decisions.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, vendor negotiations, and multi-team collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Familiarity with AI, personalization, or automation technologies is a plus.

Compensation
Targeting a base salary of $130-$160k, depending on experience
