Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Strong knowledge of codes and standards for Fire Detection and Suppression Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define market intelligence and portfolio strategy for fire detection and suppression products.
• Lead product development, lifecycle management, and VoC to generate clear requirements and business cases.
• Create compelling value propositions and collaborate with marketing to enable sales.
• Track performance, forecast demand, and adjust pricing strategies with analytics support.
• Engage cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and external partners.
