Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience, or equivalent experience launching and leading new products.
• 5+ years of relevant fintech or financial services experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze product usage data to drive decisions.
• Strong product sense and judgment with the ability to prioritize and trade off.
• Experience delivering large, complex initiatives end to end with engineering and IT.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap end to end, linked to customer value and business goals.
• Conducts market research, defines specs, and builds the long-term strategy and roadmap.
• Translates strategy into detailed features, requirements, and user stories for delivery teams.
