Responsibilities

• Hold the line on scope when a business project starts sprawling.
• Own the relationship with the Product Roadmapping vendor so it stops being a fire drill.
• Streamline operational workflows to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Watch competitor moves and tell InnovateNow which ones actually matter.
• Keep the contract partnership honest with numbers both sides accept.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts on behalf of InnovateNow.
• Prioritize the backlog when everything is labeled urgent by someone.
