Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field with 8+ years in product management, project management, IT consulting, or related roles.
• Minimum three (3) years experience in product management including discovery and roadmaps.
• Minimum three (3) years experience with agile teams and scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmaps from ideation to launch for complex products.
• Lead discovery and prototyping with end users and stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and analyze dashboards to drive decisions and roadmap adjustments.
• Lead and mentor product teams, manage dependencies, and partner with operations.
• Ensure documentation communicates customer needs to the product team and aligns with compliance.
