About the Role
The Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with product, engineering, design, and our business partners to deliver a best-in-class platform that is used both internally and externally across the entire lifecycle of a loan.
The team is growing quickly, and we are looking for someone excited about the prospect of using technology to efficiently scale business operations.
What You’ll Do
- Improve the products and tools our Customer Success and operations teams use on a daily basis to support our lending business and digital asset business
- Serve as the subject matter expert on our internal tools and the users who rely on them
- Clearly define and communicate strategy, priorities, and key performance indicators with all stakeholders
- Create, monitor, and assess success metrics, and present findings to the leadership team
- Collaborate with the broader cross-functional team, including Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Customer Operations to bring your ideas to life
- Synthesize and prioritize user needs and own the narrative of what problem should be solved, for whom, and why it matters
- Drive new feature development from start to finish - write product requirements, work cross-functionally with design and engineering, launch features, analyze results, synthesize learnings, and iteratethrough product development, shipment, and maintenance by applying a deep knowledge of Figure’s business
What We Look For
- BS/BA preferred, with 7+ years of related experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success in leading the development and delivery of internal tools required
- Self-starter who is passionate about solving complex and meaningful problems
- Ability to get into details to ensure successful execution while understanding the strategic level impact of our work
- Excellent product judgments, with an ability to make wise and quick decisions based on complexity, stakeholders, and other constraints
- Experience utilizing AI for operational efficiencies a strong plus
- Experience in the Mortgage ecosystem is a strong positive
- Experience in the Digital Asset / Crypto ecosystem is a plus
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities
- Proven success communicating cross-functionally and building solid business relationships
- Ability to build and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Salary
- Compensation Range: $127,600-159,500/yr
- 25% annual bonus, paid quarterly
- Equity stock options package
- This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
