Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience including 8+ years in product management.
• Experience owning enterprise developer experience platforms and AI developer experience capabilities.
• Ability to set product strategy, make portfolio trade-offs, and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple teams.
• Strong technical credibility with engineers, architects, security teams, and senior technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the Developer Experience product vision, portfolio strategy, and roadmap.
• Prioritize investments using developer research, product telemetry, business value, and risk.
• Align roadmaps, identify gaps, and guide build/buy/retire decisions.
• Apply data-driven analysis to evaluate priorities, risks, and enterprise impact.
• Foster leadership across teams and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• Set direction for AI coding assistants, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled testing.
• Partner with security, data, privacy, legal, risk, and procurement to establish safe patterns.
• Drive onboarding, education, and reusable practices to enable adoption.
