Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for enterprise products, collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering to deliver features that meet client needs while balancing cost, security, and timelines.

The role requires strong leadership, deep technical understanding of enterprise connectivity and regulatory considerations, and clear executive communication. In-office, 40-hour weeks in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise product management or technology leadership.
• Strong product discipline including backlog, epics, and metrics.
• Experience partnering with risk, security, audit, finance, and Ops.
• Experience with Agile delivery and Jira/Confluence tools.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and roadmap for product(s) based on customer needs and trends.
• Prioritize features/epics and maintain backlogs for alignment.
• Communicate roadmaps to stakeholders and teams.
• Oversee budgets and collaborate with finance on resources.
• Ensure product availability and performance with demand/capacity teams.
• Lead product governance and ensure alignment across architecture and delivery.
