Job summary

IDeaS is seeking a Product Manager to drive analytics software products from ideation to delivery. You will translate customer needs into technical requirements, collaborate with global engineering teams, and manage data integration with external apps and internal services.

The role demands a mix of project management, leadership, and technical skills to guide development and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Product Management or related function in software/tech
• Strong ability to translate business requirements to technical needs
• Experience with data integration and API-based data exchanges
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with remote or onsite engineering teams to align requirements with roadmap
• Lead internal and external calls, communicate project status to stakeholders
• Create detailed technical docs for services and integrations
• Oversee delivery of data integration, data management, and backend services
• Support SDQA in detailed design discussions to meet requirements
• Groom roadmap, define goals and timelines, ensure on-time delivery
• Organize development tickets and own delivery for assigned items
• Act as SME and requirements lead for projects
• Identify opportunities for innovative tech and process improvements
• Create executive briefs to drive decision-making
• Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products
• Identify opportunities/threats from emerging tech
• Demonstrate accountability, adaptability in a fast-paced environment
