PayNearMe, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Disbursements to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of outbound money movement. You will partner with engineering, payments operations, accounting, compliance, and external partners to scale the disbursement ecosystem and support real-time rails.

The role demands leadership of cross-functional initiatives, deep payments expertise, and a focus on regulatory accuracy, traceability, and financial integrity across rails and wallets.

Qualificações

• 15+ years of product management experience, with deep expertise in payments, money movement, disbursements, or payout platforms
• Strong understanding of payment rails including ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow, card-based payouts, and digital wallets
• Proven experience owning financial infrastructure, including ledgering, reconciliation, settlement, and exception handling
• Experience working directly with accounting, finance, and compliance teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset, with attention to detail and data integrity
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of producing high-quality product documentation
• Experience operating in agile development environments (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)

Responsabilidades

• Own the multi-year product roadmap for money movement, focused on consumer disbursements.
• Define outbound payments vision balancing speed, compliance, and cost.
• Evolve disbursements platform to support new use cases, partners, rails.
• Lead rail strategy across ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow, push-to-card, and wallets.
• Define routing rules and payout configurations across rails.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability and ledgering across systems.
• Own backlog and deliver with engineering leadership.
• Lead cross-functional platform initiatives with multiple teams.
• Partner with clients and banks to build scalable features.
• Translate partner capabilities into internal advantages.
• Support partner onboarding and performance management.
• Serve as SME for disbursements and regulatory-aligned payout flows.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, go-to-market, ops, and support.
