Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Orlando is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap for our digital wallet and entitlements platform, enabling guests to access tickets, passes, and benefits. You will work with payments teams to shape wallet and payment experiences at scale, collaborating with engineering and design to balance new capabilities with reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of related work experience.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience pulling and analyzing datasets.
Experience working in JIRA; familiarity with PowerPoint or similar presentation tools is a plus.
Proficient in Digital Wallets (internal and external device wallets).
Understanding of API and SDK integration and development.
Experience with Payment processing: Payment Gateway integration, Tokenization of Payment methods, PCI DSS compliance.
Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action.
Experience with data & analytics tools (Tableau, Digital Analytics, SQL, etc.).
Advanced knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
Proficient in creating feature level requirements, user stories, and backlog inputs.
Demonstrated experience using data, experimentation, or user insights to shape product decisions.

Responsibilities

Drive portions of the full product development lifecycle from ideation through delivery for defined features.
Develop product requirements and user stories translating technical needs into capabilities.
Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing and business partners for alignment.
Own execution for small to medium product areas including definition, validation, development, launch, and iteration.
Contribute to design, enhancement, and integration of software features and/or third-party solutions.
Partner with engineering to address challenges related to new technologies and architecture.
Apply knowledge of innovative digital technologies to improve product outcomes.
Demonstrate depth in fintech and use it to drive innovation and user satisfaction.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and share insights.
