THE ROLE

Pure Storage is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to lead a high-impact initiative that will be a cornerstone of our future growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape the vision for a strategically vital product from the ground up. You will guide the continuous execution of a new web platform designed to unlock significant new revenue streams and set a new standard for our customer experience. Your success in this role will directly contribute to elevating our NPS by adeptly guiding the go-to-market, seller, and channel strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Build the web platform to transform the sales, channel, and CX organization experience with our sellers and customers.
  • Develop User-Centric AI Solutions – Understand the workflows of B2B sales professionals and ensure AI-powered recommendation engines and search experiences directly enhance sales productivity and revenue outcomes.
  • Work closely with engineering on the execution of the product, translating vision into well-defined requirements and high-quality releases.
  • Champion the product vision with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with overall product and company strategy.
  • Define BRD and PRD.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for sales presentations serving several business needs.
  • Interact with users to understand their needs and represent them with engineering teams.
  • Focus on the sales experience: build wireframes and partner with UX designers for prototypes and mockups.
  • Drive usability and adoption through close partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Own the measures used to define success for your product capability. Success metrics must be defined at the inception and tracked throughout its lifecycle. Make metrics visible to stakeholders.
  • Discover and develop new opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with teams across geographies and time zones.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Product Management experience (5+ years) built on a technical or functional background in go-to-market, sales, or pricing operations.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in application implementation
  • Deep understanding of seller needs, sales functions, and processes
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and BI tools
  • Excellent communication skills with effective presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholder engagement at senior levels
  • Proven ability to interact with a diverse set of technical and non-technical partners and to collaborate and deliver solutions in a complex, dynamic environment
  • AI-first mindset, hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, and using them to build products that make a meaningful business impact
  • Creative and solutions-oriented thinker with demonstrated capacity to innovate, influence, and deliver results.
  • Experience in delivering products using agile methodology
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or relevant professional experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the storage industry and data management product features preferred

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Karlin office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or on work travel, or other approved leave.
