Job summary

Best Lawyers is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of BestLawyers.com, BestLawFirms.com, and our digital marketing tools. You will define the product vision, create roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products aligning with user needs and business goals.

The role reports to the CEO and will build a Products team, including a Product Owner, UX/UI Designer, and SEO Specialist.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or digital marketing.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on value and needs.
Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and end-users.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and QA engineers for successful delivery.
Monitor product performance and user feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Own the product lifecycle for BestLawyers.com and BestLawFirms.com, aligning updates with customer needs and business objectives.
Research and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., AI, ML, generative tools) to enhance user experience or efficiency.
Drive SEO best practices into product strategy and ensure architecture/content are optimized for visibility.
Identify opportunities for innovation across product lines through legal tech trends and automation.
Lead product discovery initiatives including market analysis, customer interviews, and prototype validation.
