Job summary

Google seeks a Senior Product Manager for Modern Governance Developer Ecosystem to guide cross-functional teams from concept to launch. You will build governance frameworks for internal developer platforms and translate security needs into PRDs and roadmaps.

Collaborating with engineers, designers, and marketers, you will define metrics and drive adoption of scalable developer tools across Google’s cloud ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of product management or related technical role.
• 5 years in product management for developer tools/PDLC/AI products.
• 3 years taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for Modern Governance and Platform Alignment across the Cloud for Alphabet (C4A) portfolio.
• Establish automated, secure-by-default governance frameworks and cost-efficiency initiatives for internal developer platforms.
• Translate security, compliance, and developer productivity requirements into PRDs and roadmaps.
• Synthesize cross-cutting roadmaps and risk postures into executive narratives.
• Define and track platform metrics including governance compliance and developer velocity.
