Alchemy is seeking a product leader to shape 0→1 opportunities for developers. You will own the surface from first conversations to GA, working closely with design and engineering to ship with real usage and revenue.
You will drive discovery, pitch customers, and own the roadmap with a bias for action, focusing on latency, reliability, and a seamless developer experience. Crypto/web3 experience is a plus.
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences. You’ll own a 0→1 product surface at Alchemy, from the first customer conversation to GA to a self-serve growth engine. This is a builder’s seat. You’ll define the wedge, write the spec, sit with design and engineering daily, get on calls with developers and CTOs, and carry the number that proves it worked. You’ll have real latitude to shape the roadmap, so this role suits someone who’s comfortable defining the problem as well as solving it.
Go 0→1. Take an ambiguous opportunity such as agentic payments, stablecoin rails, data APIs, or a new chain ecosystem, and turn it into a shipped product with real usage and real revenue. Sell, build, and deliver. Run discovery calls, join sales calls, write the pitch, then go build what you promised and make sure it lands in production. Be the voice of the developer. Live in support channels, GitHub issues, customer Slack channels, and your own terminal. Ship product that engineers choose without a sales call. Set the bar on quality and speed. Define what great looks like for latency, reliability, and DX, then hold the line while moving fast. Make the call. Decide with incomplete information, write down why, and revisit when the data changes.
