Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management for Inner Loop to own how 14K+ developers write, test, and ship code. You will define enterprise metrics, create data products that quantify developer productivity, and shape the enterprise’s measurement of AI coding tools across the SDLC.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across CODE Metrics, AI Telemetry, Flight Attendant and DX Research, driving human-centered, business-focused, and technology-driven product outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• Degree requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field or related area.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer digital products.
• Experience with emerging AI tools and automation (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Google Apps Script).
• Experience developing tools for CI/CD and DevOps; strong SQL and data pipeline skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise's developer productivity measurement platform.
• Define metrics used by engineering leaders to invest and measure impact.
• Build data products that quantify developer productivity.
