Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Eng, Mechanical Eng, Information Systems or related)
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Responsibilities

• Define metrics that engineering leaders use to invest and measure developer productivity
• Own the measurement framework for AI coding tools across the SDLC
• Lead cross functional teams to drive value and reduce friction in software delivery
