Wunderkind is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to be responsible for Wunderkind’s Decisioning Engine & Machine Learning product capabilities and roadmap. This position has high visibility and potential for impact throughout the organization. You'll work closely with multiple teams at Wunderkind to build and release software that is differentiated in terms of features, and uniquely positioned to drive major value for both internal and external customers.
Overall Role & Responsibilities
- Accountability and ownership for Wunderkind’s Decisioning Engine & Machine Learning capabilities—including client-facing iteration, testing, training, and deployment of models that enhance Wunderkind’s performance marketing engine across email, messaging, onsite, advertising, and social channels.
- Bring innovative products to market by gathering input from industry, clients, integration partners, and users; collecting requirements from stakeholders; scoping features with engineering teams; and defining/measuring success KPIs for all stages of product launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, product teams, and leadership to scope and prioritize product efforts supporting diverse business needs.
- Collect feedback from external stakeholders and incorporate it into future product requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- 5+ years of experience as a machine learning Product Manager—specifically delivering performance-driven models to market.
- Extensive product strategy experience, including defining overall strategy, identifying market opportunities, understanding client needs, and aligning roadmaps with business goals.
- Experience building products from 0 to 1.
- Ability to focus on the next generation of products by stepping away from day-to-day tasks.
- Stakeholder management skills—collaborating with sales, engineering, external clients, and gathering feedback.
- Understanding market trends and incorporating insights into prioritization.
- Experience with product launches, planning, execution, and working closely on go-to-market strategies.
- Skill in setting metrics—establishing KPIs and success metrics, and assessing product impact on company performance.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
