Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, a cloud-native, single-instance, multi-tenant platform leader, seeks a Senior Product Manager for data management. You will guide data flow from 1200+ sources to a golden source of truth, shaping roadmaps to hit bookings, client NPS, and gross margin targets.

Work with clients and internal teams to define requirements and bring features to market. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new capabilities, prioritize work, and oversee production deployment

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment.
• Experience with data platforms: Data Quality, Data Governance, Information delivery.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets: equity, fixed income, derivatives.
• Experience in structured financial data management: MDM, ETL/ELT, data warehousing.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 scrum teams (9-11 engineers) and set roadmap milestones.
• Define short, medium, and long-term roadmaps for scalable data platform.
• Align product roadmap across multiple development teams.
• Lead cross-product capability development and client-focused briefs.
• Stay current with data management tech and apply insights to strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption and growth.
