Job summary

Attentive, the AI marketing platform for 1:1 personalization, seeks a Senior Product Manager, Data Platform Extensibility to own the evolution of the data model supporting cross-vertical client use cases. You will define first-class data objects and determine which stay flexible to meet diverse customer needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience building complex B2B or SaaS platforms.
• Strong technical fluency with data models and schemas and experience collaborating with engineers on storage, relationships, extensibility, and migration tradeoffs.
• Ability to translate abstract infrastructure investment into concrete customer outcomes and business impact.
• Comfort learning unfamiliar industries quickly and modeling them for platform representation.
• Exceptional written communication and structured thinking for defining strategy and aligning teams.

Responsibilities

• Introduce new first-class and generic data objects to the data platform and establish a paradigm for scalable object creation.
• Define how objects relate to one another — users to offers, events to catalogs, catalogs to stores and regions.
• Build a semantic layer that clarifies data meaning for marketers and agents and promote data to native objects.
• Partner with product and engineering to ensure new objects and fields are exposed to segmentation, personalization, reporting, and APIs.
