Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager to migrate one of the largest financial ecosystems from mainframe to a new data environment. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, acting as the bridge for users and shaping onboarding across thousands of batch consumers.

You will translate business strategy into consumer-friendly digital products and help scale migration tooling through cross-functional collaboration to deliver near-term value.

Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, with expected completion by start date.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in any field plus at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic bridge for users and champion the customer onboarding experience for thousands of batch consumers.
• Migrate stakeholders from legacy environments to Capital One's new data environment with minimal disruption.
• Contribute to tooling and approach to scale migration efforts across teams.
