Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Product Manager in the Card Data Consumption vertical, based in McLean, VA. You will balance architecture with execution, guiding thousands of batch data users as they move from legacy systems to a new data environment with minimal disruption.

You will translate business strategy into consumer facing digital products, lead cross-functional teams, and drive transformational leadership to deliver near-term value and long-term capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or Business/Marketing (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Champion the customer onboarding experience for thousands of batch data consumers transitioning from legacy environments to a new data environment.
• Act as strategic bridge for users and help design tooling to scale migrations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver value while managing product risk and architecture alignment.
