Job description

Senior Product Manager, Data, Analytics & AI

Full-Time

Remote - United States

ABOUT THE POSITION

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the data, analytics, reporting, and AI/ML roadmap for ID Dataweb. Every identity verification event, risk decision, and integration on our platform generates data. This role will turn that data into customer-facing reporting, actionable internal insight, and, over time, AI/ML capabilities that make the platform smarter.

You will own the roadmap spanning Sigma-based analytics, Snowflake data infrastructure, reporting and dashboards, data governance, and emerging AI/ML opportunities such as risk-scoring improvements, identity threat pattern detection, and adaptive verification recommendations. You will work closely with Engineering and the Senior Product Manager responsible for the core platform and integrations so that the data and platform roadmaps advance together.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the roadmap for customer-facing and internal reporting and analytics, built on Sigma and Snowflake.
  • Define data platform priorities across data models, quality, governance, and self-service analytics for internal teams.
  • Make informed build-versus-buy recommendations as the data and analytics technology stack evolves.
AI/ML Product Development
  • Identify, scope, and prioritize AI/ML opportunities, including risk scoring, identity threat and anomaly detection, and adaptive workflow recommendations, in partnership with Data Science and Engineering.
  • Translate AI/ML opportunities into shippable, measurable product capabilities with clear customer and business outcomes.
  • Define success metrics for AI/ML features and measure their real-world impact after launch.
Data Platform & Performance
  • Partner with Data Science and Engineering to prioritize Snowflake pipeline and modeling work that enables reporting, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
  • Define and own key metrics across verification performance, customer usage, and identity threat trends, and ensure reporting surfaces those insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Triage and prioritize reporting and dashboard requests from Sales, Customer Success, and executive leadership.
Customer & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Keep the data and AI roadmap explicitly aligned with the core product roadmap through regular coordination with the Platform Product Manager and Engineering leadership.
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing, and engage directly with customers, to understand current deployments, desired future states, and recurring needs across the customer base.
  • Turn customer and internal insight into strategic roadmap priorities rather than one-off reporting requests.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of product management experience with data platforms, BI and analytics products, or applied AI/ML capabilities.
  • Hands-on familiarity with a modern data stack, including Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse and a BI platform such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Comfort with statistics and scoping AI/ML work. You do not need to be a data scientist, but you should be fluent enough to partner effectively with Data Science and Engineering and make sound product tradeoffs.
  • A track record of turning raw data into reporting or analytics products that customers or internal stakeholders actively use.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Data Science, Engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • SQL proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience in identity security, fraud and risk, or cybersecurity and compliance domains is a plus.
  • Experience shipping an AI/ML-powered feature end-to-end, from product definition through launch and measurement, is a plus.
