What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and evolve the multi-quarter roadmap for data platforms, analytics dashboards, and AI services

- Strong understanding of data warehouses, lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI tools
- Proven track record of driving products from discovery through launch in agile environments
- Exceptional communication skills to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated customer empathy with the ability to craft intuitive user experiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, or generative AI integration
- Knowledge of data mesh, federated data access, or multi-tenant platform design
- Background in financial services, payments, or regulated industries
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives or consultancy environments
