What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and evolve the multi-quarter roadmap for data platforms, analytics dashboards, and AI services
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to identify user pain points and desired outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, and UX designers
- Translate product requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, guiding agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance and user engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years in product management or related roles, focusing on data platforms, analytics solutions, or AI/ML products
- Strong understanding of data warehouses, lakehouse architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI tools
- Proven track record of driving products from discovery through launch in agile environments
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated customer empathy and the ability to craft intuitive user experiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, or generative AI integration
- Knowledge of data mesh, federated data access, or multi-tenant platform design
- Background in financial services, payments, or other regulated industries
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives or in consultancy environments
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field)
