Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Crypto Onchain team to own and evolve the Robinhood Wallet experience. You will shape the signup and self-custody flows, ensuring a welcoming first experience for new customers at scale.

You will collaborate with design, research, data science, and engineering to uncover needs, define strategy, and drive delivery across multiple locales, including a strong in-person component in priority markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality consumer products.
• Experience using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making.
• Past experience working closely with design and UXR.
• Extremely curious and driven to impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Motivated self-starter with ability to set high-level strategy and execute with cross-functional teams.
• Well-versed in the current crypto wallet market and onchain culture.
• Experience in fintech or trading.
• Knowledge of latest AI tooling like Claude Code, Gemini, Cursor, or ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product roadmap for Robinhood Wallet, including new products and localized experiences for priority markets.
• Partner with research, data science, engineering, and design to understand customers and translate insights into product strategy.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to align teams and drive execution at team and org levels.
• Lead the launch of intuitive, high-impact products with communications, content, and marketing teams.
