Job summary

First National Bank is seeking a Consumer and Small Business Senior Product Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. The role oversees consumer deposit and loan products, driving product development, pricing recommendations, and marketing initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will lead product strategies, manage a team of Product Managers, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Technology to optimize profitability and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop Product Manager(s) reporting to the Group Product Manager.
• Lead the development of product strategies to drive profitable household acquisition and deposit/loan product sales.
• Monitor weekly sales results, competitive position and financial performance of consumer products.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Technology and Operations to optimize returns on product lines.
• Ensure all consumer products comply with regulatory requirements.
• Drive changes to sales processes and client service for deposit/loan products.
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with executives and market managers.
